All items and delivery charges include VAT at 17.5% All card payment details will remain totally secure. Please ensure that your invoice details match your bank statement details exactly. We will refund or replace all returns received within 7 days. Please obtain proof of posting. Unless faulty, goods must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging and at your expense. If an item is damaged on arrival you must ensure that you declare it damaged on the Proof of Delivery. If you do not sign an item as damaged, we must assume it reached you in perfect condition. All products are described as accurately as possible, but on very rare occaisions, colours may differ slightly from those illustrated.
